Acrobatics is a fun performance based art form of gymnastics that will enable dancers to develop an array of acrobatic tricks and skills.  Dancers are taught acrobatic balance and contortion skills, strength, core stability, flexibility and technique.  Acrobatic dance performance qualities include expressive presentation and musicality.

We are affiliated with The Acrobatic Federation of South Africa (AFSA) and associated with The South African Gymnastics Federation (SAGF).  Dancers can be entered for acrobatic dance exams and competitions, as well as acrobatic sport competitions where dancers will have the opportunity to obtain their Regional and SA National colours.

In 2019 we won the AFSA acrobatic sport SA Nationals for Level 4, and we had 4 dancers who obtained their SA National colours.
